With some pump configurations you may find that it leads to a regulator overrun issue though, which is why I incorporated adjustable pump duties for low and mid speed operation. As for the cooling fan you really dont need to have that in there. The power MOSFETs you are using are happy to run at a few hundred degrees without fail - everything else in the controller is low power and will endure dissipated heat. What are the MOSFETs rated at Rds if you dont mind me asking? They need to be really low for this application.
